Volunteer Leadership Orientation

Description

At Meals from the Heartland, every meal begins with people who choose to lead through service. We’re inviting volunteers who want to deepen their impact to explore becoming part of our Pack Master leadership team and help carry our mission forward.

Being a Pack Master is more than supporting a shift. It is becoming a steward of hope, creating meaningful experiences for volunteers, and helping ensure that every hand packing meals is connected to the greater impact we are making together.

Join us for a leadership experience that includes:

Mission & Leadership Conversation – Learn how Pack Masters help bring our mission to life and create experiences that inspire others to serve.
Behind-the-Scenes Impact Tour – Step deeper into our work and see how every volunteer moment contributes to feeding neighbors locally and communities around the world.
Community & Connection – Gather with others who share a passion for service, purpose, and creating meaningful impact together.

As a Pack Master, you help transform a volunteer shift into something greater by welcoming people, building connection, and turning compassion into action.

Join us to learn more, strengthen our community, and become a steward of the mission. Together, we can empower people to save the starving.
